How does Reloop work?
Open the Reloop app, browse surplus bags near you, reserve and pay in LAK, then pick up at the shop during the window. Four steps: discover, pay, pick up, food rescued.
How do I pay?
Prices are in LAK. You pay through PhaJay and your bank app - not cards. Reloop is built for Laos.
Where is Reloop available?
We are starting as a Vientiane pilot: one city, one app. That focus is the point.
Can my café or bakery join?
Yes. Vendors list bags, manage orders, and confirm pickup in the same Reloop app customers use. There is no separate partner website. Send us a message to talk about the pilot.
Is surplus food still good to eat?
Listings are end-of-day surplus from cafés and bakeries. Collect during the pickup window. See our food safety page for how Reloop discloses surplus.
Can I use Reloop in the browser?
Not yet. Today Reloop lives in the iOS and Android app. Web sign-in and checkout are coming.
